Eyeglass Lenses

  • We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.  If you are having difficulties with your new glasses, our opticians and doctors are happy to review and check your eyeglasses. 
  • We offer a one time complimentary prescription recheck with our doctors within 60 days of receiving your new glasses.  
  • Lenses are a custom made device and are non-refundable, but we will be happy to attempt to correct any problems you may experience.
    • Progressive Lenses:  also called no-line-bifocals, Progressive Lenses can take up to 2 weeks to get used to.  Sometimes objects at the outside of the lenses can appear curvy.  Sometimes learning how to focus from far away to near can cause dizziness.  The vast majority of patients are not bothered by these characteristics.  If you find that you have given the Progressive Lenses at least 2 weeks and you just cannot adapt, we will remake them into any other design that you like.  Please know that because the original lenses are custom made, there are no refunds in the difference in cost if the new item is of lesser value.  Similarly, if we remake a lesser value lens into a custom progressive lens of higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in cost. 
  • Almost all of our non-glare, non-scratch lenses have a two year, one time warranty.  If your lenses become scratched or hazy during that time, we are happy to make you a brand new pair at no charge.
    • For Evergreen Private Pay Package eyeglasses, there is a one year, one time warranty. 

Eyeglass Frames

  • Almost all of our frames have a two year, two time warranty.  Frame manufacturers are quite strict and will only provide a complimentary replacement frame for a true manufacturer’s defect.  So, if the dog ate the eyeglass frames, the frame manufacturer will not replace it.
    • For Evergreen Private Pay Package eyeglasses, there is a one year, one time warranty.
  • We offer a one time courtesy frame restyle within 90 days of your original order. 

Contact Lenses

  • For patients who purchase contact lenses from our office, we are always happy to replace your lost or damaged contact lenses (up to 1 month for monthly replacement lenses and up to 2 weeks for daily replacement lenses).
  • Please do not write on your contact lens boxes at all.  This will void any returns. 
  • Contact Lens boxes must be unopened, in perfect condition, and have at least two years until their expiration date to be able to return them.
