What to Expect
When you visit our office, you will be warmly welcomed and we can answer any questions you may have. Our team will work together to evaluate your eyes and provide relevant eye care. We will review your vision benefits and payment options, treatment information, fit you for glasses or contact lenses, and focus on exceeding all of your expectations. If at any time you have questions about the process or your specific health information, please ask.
Andrea joined our team when we moved offices and has been in the eye care field since the mid-2000s. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the ever-changing fashion & new styles of frames and watching patients light up with confidence when they pick up their new glasses. She is a mom to four young kids and in her spare time, she loves traveling and is a Mexican food connoisseur.
Denise, Billing & Insurance
Denise is an insurance wizard who specializes in vision and medical billing and has been a part of the Evergreen team since 2011. With more than a decade and a half of billing experience, she navigates the complex world of insurances with ease. She enjoys getting to know patients and works with her team to ensure positive customer service interactions. She loves to cook and spend time with her family and appreciates new adventures. She is smart and sweet and we are lucky to have her on our team.
Jeff is one of our opticians with an extensive background in sunglasses. His sense of style and excellent memory allows him to customize the perfect frame for each patient! He also make sure that every patient gets the best and most up-to-date lenses for their frames. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys baking and cooking and hanging out with his sassy cat.
Karrah, Optometric Technician
Karrah is a sweet, friendly, super optical technician. She has years of experience in the eye care industry including working at a surgery center. She is a natural at making sure that every patient feels listened to and well-cared for. In her spare time, she is an animal lover of all sorts – dogs, horses, guinea pigs, and aquatic animals.
Krista, Patient Care Coordinator
Krista is one of our fantastic and friendly patient care coordinators. She has been in the eye industry for more than a decade! She can help you make an appointment, navigate your benefits, and order your contact lenses! She is the biggest Disney fanatic and when she has free time she loves to spend time in her craft room!
Liv, Patient Care Coordinator
Liv is one of our amazing patient care coordinators. She can do it all – from helping patients figure out their insurance benefits to keeping the office running smoothly. She is super friendly and ultra efficient and we are happy she’s on our team.
Nicole, Optician & Office Manager
Nicole has been an optician for more than 10 years. Her technical expertise is beneficial for patients and the entire staff. She enjoys working with people and will help each patient find the perfect pair of glasses. She has a heart for the community and loves helping with various non-profits. She can be found on the weekends curled up with a good book.
Nikki is a wonderful addition to our team. She came to our office ready to learn all about eyes and is just amazing. She is one of our technicians and really enjoys getting to know our patients and making sure they have a great experience. She enjoys spending time with her family here in the Pacific Northwest.

We have products and pricing that aims to accommodate all budgets and our office participates in most insurance programs. For patients who have little or no vision insurance coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged. To learn more about our payment options, please call our office directly.

Free Clinic of Southwest Washington
Free Clinic provides free dental, eye, health, and speciality care to those who are uninsured and under-served.
National Project Connect
Project Homeless Connect provides care to those who are experiencing homelessness. They provide continued care to help those in need.
Optometry Giving Sight
Optometry Giving Sight is a global fundraising initiative that specifically targets the prevention of blindness and impaired vision. They help fund programs that train, provide care and low cost glasses.
